Frequently Asked Questions

1: What Time Should I Arrive?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00PM. Please arrive no later than 4:30PM to allow time to park, enter the venue, and find a seat. No late entry into the ceremony will be permitted. 

2: Does the Venue Have Parking?
Yes, there is complimentary parking at the venue. 

3: “What is the Dress Code? 
Dress code is semi-formal to formal attire. The ceremony will be outdoors, whilst the reception is indoors. Ladies, please take this into account when choosing your heels! 

4: “Can I Take Photos?
We kindly request that you enjoy this special moment presently with us and leave all cameras and cell phones in your purse or pocket during the ceremony. We have hired photographers to capture every detail of the wedding and we will of course share those photos with you afterwards! 

#5: Are Kids Welcome? Can I bring Guests or +1/s not noted on my invitation?
While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults only event with an exception of a few immediate family members. That being said, we kindly ask that you only bring those formally invited on your invitation. Please ensure that you are RSVPing for yourself and your guest. We thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to celebrating with you!

#6: Where Should We Stay?
Our wedding will take place in the City of Woodland, which is 10 minutes north of the City of Davis, and 10 minutes west of the City of Sacramento. Although the closest motels, hotels, inns would be in Woodland (Valley Oaks Inn & Best Western Shadow Inn, which are both walking distance to the venue) most venues in the Yolo County and/or Sacramento Downtown area should be pretty close, especially if you’re driving.
